To increase the impact that visitors make on local tax dollars when visiting for tournaments and local community events.

Retail Comittee Mission Statement:

A commitment to partnering with area member businesses to strengthen our local economy, promote our community, provide networking opportunities, develop community leaders and showcase our area member businesses while encouraging member participation to maximize our impact.

Education & Workforce Committee Mission Statement:

To provide opportunites for employees and local businesses to gain knowledge and skills training. Facilitate learning and education opportunites for the Athens area.

Marketing & Events Committee

Marketing & Events Committee MIssion Statement:

Oversees the execution and completion of Athens Chamber of Commerce Events. Charged with evaluation of economic and community impact of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and its activities.
